Synopsis:
In its darkest hours, the metropolis of Winnipeg is overrun with crime. Citizens lived in constant fear for their safety. The city desperately needed a hero. They got three.
A trio of brothers emerged, with the strength, courage and determination to bring order to the chaos. Each adopting a primary color, they became The Primary Brothers. Together they set forth to take back the streets.
A rash of purse snatchings offered their next challenge at trying to save the city from itself.
